We come onsite to the scheduled location, either a whole or half day and concentrate on the open errands, or new registered requests. Additionally we review or overview the Servers, Network and Security status. These visits are your proactive way to avoid large critical issues before they happen.

IT-Strategy and Improvement Analysis , 1-2 per year
Advice and Development of your IT Strategy coupled directly to business goals. IT-Dept will review all relevant material and cost reviews, to generate a complete document which provides IT Policy, Problem Management and Anticipation Plans and your own Security Policies. This document is useful for Insurance Reviews, HIPAA compliance, and even towards ISO certifications.

Automatic Inventory and License Management.
IT-Dept will inventory all Hardware and Software within your company’s network. By doing this you can save on unnecessary license and hardware expenses, by reusing currently owned. Less unnecessary purchases!, no audit worries.

We place onsite special software and equipment which monitors your networks Security and Status (Servers, Router, Computers even Printers) 24 hours a day. We react to these alarms during office hours 8-17. However we can immediately see when unnecessary and often unseen risks are existing.

Virus and Spamfree E-Mail (extra accounts)
